Q.How many officers do I need for my event?

This depends on your event type, expected attendance, venue layout, and risk level. As a general guideline, we recommend one officer per 100–150 attendees for general events, with more for high-risk or large-scale events. We provide a free assessment to recommend the right number.

Q.Can you provide security on short notice?

We do our best to accommodate urgent requests. For standard event deployments, we recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance. For large or complex events, earlier is always better to allow for proper planning.

Q.Do your event officers carry weapons?

No. Our event security officers are unarmed. They are trained in de-escalation, use-of-force within legal limits, and emergency response to handle incidents professionally without the need for weapons.

Q.Will your officers be in uniform?

Standard event security officers wear ApexGuard uniforms. For corporate or upscale events requiring a more discreet presence, we can provide plainclothes security or officers in formal attire upon request.

Q.Do you coordinate with local police?

Yes. For large public events, we liaise with Windsor Police Service and other relevant authorities as needed to ensure a coordinated security response.
