Security Guard — Condominium

Full-Time & Part-Time

Serve as the professional face of building security — delivering hotel-quality concierge service and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for residents and guests in high-rise communities across Windsor and Essex County.

Job Responsibilities

Deliver hotel-style front desk concierge service, including resident access management, visitor registration, and lobby administration

Maintain a professional presence and continuously build a positive reputation as the visible face of building security

Resolve conflicts calmly and effectively using communication and de-escalation, ensuring property rules and regulations are consistently upheld

Provide timely support to Property Management, contractors, and on-site staff as required

Demonstrate a proactive commitment to ongoing training, including emergency response procedures and communications protocols

Qualifications

Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence in good standing (or actively working toward one)

2+ years of proven customer service experience — hospitality or concierge background is a strong asset

Outgoing, people-first personality comfortable with high-volume resident and visitor interaction

Enthusiastic team player who takes pride in delivering quality service under pressure

Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously while maintaining composure and service standards

Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification is an asset

Protect industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, and warehouse operations across Windsor and Essex County — controlling access, safeguarding assets, and maintaining a secure perimeter around the clock.

Job Responsibilities

Control vehicle and pedestrian access at facility gates — verify credentials and log all entries and exits

Conduct regular perimeter and interior patrols to detect unauthorized access, theft, or safety hazards

Monitor loading docks, storage areas, and high-value asset zones

Document and report incidents, safety concerns, and suspicious activity promptly

Liaise with facility supervisors and respond to alarms or emergencies as required

Qualifications

Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence in good standing

Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is an asset

Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor conditions across all seasons

Physical ability to conduct foot patrols throughout large facilities

Secure active and idle construction sites across Windsor and Essex County — preventing theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access to protect equipment, materials, and the site itself.

Job Responsibilities

Monitor site access points and enforce contractor and visitor sign-in/sign-out procedures

Conduct scheduled foot patrols of the site perimeter, equipment storage areas, and material yards

Deter and report theft, vandalism, and trespassing — escalate to police as required

Respond to alarms and after-hours incidents; complete detailed written reports

Ensure compliance with site-specific safety rules for all personnel on-site

Qualifications

Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence in good standing

Comfortable working overnight and in outdoor environments in all weather conditions

Physically capable of sustained foot patrols across uneven terrain

Reliable, alert, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Prior construction site or outdoor security experience is an asset

Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification is an asset

Don't have your Ontario Security Guard Licence yet? No problem. We offer a paid pathway program to help new entrants complete their PSISA licensing requirements and get deployed quickly.

All officers receive ongoing training in use-of-force de-escalation, first aid/CPR, fire safety, customer service, and site-specific protocols. Your growth is our priority.
