We Find What Internal Reviews Miss
Most security gaps aren't dramatic — they're overlooked. Our consultants bring fresh, trained eyes to your property and operations, identifying vulnerabilities that familiarity causes in-house teams to miss, and giving you a prioritized, written action plan.

What Affects Your Quote
Every security consulting engagement is scoped to your organization. Here's what shapes the investment — and why a short discovery call is the best starting point.
Property Size & Complexity
A small retail unit requires a different scope than a multi-building campus, hospital, or industrial facility with complex access requirements.
Number of Locations
Single-site assessments and multi-location security programs are priced differently to reflect the additional coordination and travel involved.
Industry & Regulatory Context
Healthcare, financial, and critical infrastructure clients may require compliance-aligned deliverables that add scope to the engagement.
Current Security Maturity
Organizations with existing policies and controls need gap analysis; those starting from scratch require full program development — each has a different scope.
Scope of Deliverables
A focused site walkthrough with a brief report differs significantly in effort from a full written security program with emergency response plans and staff training.
Timeline & Urgency
Standard engagements follow a scheduled timeline. Urgent or expedited assessments — following an incident or before an opening — may require dedicated resourcing.

FAQ
Common Questions
Q.What is a security assessment and why do I need one?
A security assessment is a professional review of your property, operations, and current security measures to identify vulnerabilities and risks before they result in incidents, theft, or liability. It gives you an objective, documented view of where your gaps are and what to do about them — in priority order.
Q.How long does a security assessment take?
A basic Site Review typically takes 1–2 hours on-site with a report delivered within 3–5 business days. A full Security Assessment is a half-day on-site engagement with a report delivered within 5–7 business days. The Security Program package involves multiple sessions over 2–4 weeks.
Q.Will you recommend specific security products or systems?
Yes, where relevant. Our CCTV and access control design guidance includes product category recommendations and placement strategies. We are vendor-neutral — we recommend based on your needs and budget, not on commission or supplier relationships.
Q.Is the consulting report confidential?
Absolutely. All assessment findings, reports, and consulting materials are strictly confidential. We do not share or reference client security information with any third party. Reports are delivered securely and we recommend clients treat them as sensitive documents.
Q.Can you help us after the report — with implementation?
Yes. The Security Program package includes implementation support sessions. For clients on other packages, we offer follow-up consulting hours at our standard rate to assist with implementing specific recommendations.
Q.Do you provide consulting for residential properties?
Yes. We provide security consulting for residential properties including condominiums, apartment complexes, and private residences. Contact us to discuss the scope and we will recommend the most appropriate package.
