Q.Do your officers have experience working in school environments?
Yes. Officers assigned to K-12 schools and campuses receive site-specific orientation covering child safeguarding awareness, visitor management protocols, and appropriate use of authority around minors. We understand that a school security officer's role requires a different approach than a commercial guard post.
Q.How do your officers respond to a threat or lockdown situation?
Officers follow the school or campus emergency response plan as the primary protocol and support administration in executing it — securing entrances, directing staff and students, and coordinating with police. We work with school leadership before deployment to understand your specific lockdown and emergency procedures.
Q.Can we hire officers just for specific events rather than ongoing coverage?
Yes. We provide both ongoing contracted security and event-specific deployments for graduations, open days, parent evenings, and sporting events. One-off bookings are available — we recommend at least 2 weeks' notice for event assignments to allow for proper planning.
